Review score and upkeep audit pass-rate adjust payouts upward or downward within defined bounds.

Longevity Multiplier

Tenure increases payout so retained operators earn more over time when standards are maintained.

Governance

Formula versions, thresholds, and approvals are versioned and traceable before payroll execution.

Longevity Scale (Tenure-Based Uplift)

Day 1-90

Multiplier: 1.00x on variable payout.

Day 91-180

Multiplier: 1.05x on variable payout.

Day 181-365

Multiplier: 1.12x on variable payout.

Day 366+

Multiplier: 1.20x on variable payout.

Tenure multiplier applies only when review and upkeep thresholds remain in compliance for the pay period.
